Interstitials
Interstitials are small popups that show up within 6 seconds of being on a web page. They are a tool used by research teams to gather feedback. The type of information they acquire are all from our consumers. I designed each interstitial for each of our major categories to help consumers feel that they can relate to the content and give their helpful feedback. For example, if you have a condition such as diabetes and are looking through diabetes content, you may see an interstitial popup for diabetes. The new creatives I designed have increased response rates of our feedback by 100% for the research team!
